Yes we all know real estate is full of the old BS. 

A whole lot of noise and nothing to show sometimes. 

How many of us have emptied out our pockets on pretend “gurus” who all end up to be pie in the sky wana be puffs only looking to prey on the next punter.  

Equity this and cash flow that… buy this… sell that. 

developments, flips, renos, fhb’s, subdivisions…. aaaaggghhh

You never know which way to turn.

Plus right now, as a real estate investor the dream of a positive geared property is almost like wishing for wings so you can fly with the birds… 

Only to be stuck in the mud with the rest of the motley crew.

With all this confusion about real estate… to add to that there is so much uncertainty arround the econnomy. 

Interest rate rises… what the F…😶‍🌫️ .

You may as well take a hot poker out the burning fire and sticking it in your eye… you’ll feel much better than what hapening out there at the moment.

Or better yet a cattle prod and stick it up your (you know where) and give it a full blast for 2 minutes… Thats sure to make you feel slightly better.

The point is… this real estate thing can suck if you dont have EXACT steps to follow to make it work.

One thing is for sure… Cash flow is still the king cheese of all outcomes. 

You cant eat equity… but you can live long and prosper on sweet cash flow.

Retirement is luming and if you cant get the monkeys dancing and the elephants swinging their hips on time… at this life we call the circus.
